Pieter Bruegel (Breughel) the Elder
(1525?-1569)  

Flemish painter easily seen as a down-to-earth reincarnation of Bosch. The two shared a wild festive vision of the world. His "Tower of Babel" is an endlessly fascinating meditation on interactivity.
